Facebook Clients Checklist

Thanks so much for your interest in having me do some scheduling to help you increase your Facebook engagement!  Here is the little checklist that I came up with to help us be on the same page.  You can simply respond to these via email. :-)

Step One:  Planning the Schedule

If you schedule 8 or more updates to your Facebook page per day already, then I suggest you choose two times one early in the day and one late in the day and pass them to me.

I work in Central time, so be sure to note your time zone.

If you do NOT already schedule at least 8 FB updates per day, then I suggest you tell me what times you normally post so I can add two more to your updates based upon what I see in your FB insights and do them that way.

**If you do not have a set FB schedule and would rather I take over ALL FB scheduling, then we will need to work out a budget to meet your needs.  Facebook works best if you start with a small number of updates and do them for 6-8 weeks and then add in a few more for another 6-8 weeks and so on.  So, this could be an ongoing thing that raises every 2 months or so based upon your budget.

Step Two:  Setting me as a user

You need to go to your Facebook Brand Page that you will have me working on and add me as an editor.

  1. On your Facebook page, click "settings" in the top right.
  2. Choose "page roles" on the left
  3. If we are friends on Facebook (which I suggest as it is an easy and quick form of communication) then simply start typing my name into the "add user" section and add me as an Editor.

Step Three:  Payment

I will invoice you weekly depending on the starting day.  For example: if I start on Thursday, I will schedule out the week and invoice you on Wednesday.  After payment is received for the previous work week, I will schedule another week's worth.  So, the work is completed BEFORE you pay.  Please let me know what email address you want the Paypal invoice sent to each week.  If you would like to cancel my service, please let me know at the time of payment.
